Title: whats your favorite tv show that was cancelled?
Post by: Jaydc555 on March 30, 2009, 04:14:25 AM: Theirs a few for me but if I had to narrow it down I'd go with action from jay mohr.it should have been on HBO any show on fox might as well slit its own wrists.the show was one of the funniest I've ever seen but it was too much for regular tv.anyone else remember this show?

I'm still furious that fox cancelled Boston Public out of the blue the way it did >:( especially when they moved it to Friday in order to kill the show. I even skipped the last hour of monday night football to watch Boston Public. Even before Jeri Ryan was on the show. They need 2 bring that back. The show they had in 2007 with Cole Hauser & Anthony Anderson, finally they had a tv show that's in N.O.[a different city for a change] & that got tooken off during the writers strike >:(
Johnny Zero-I wished the dude coulda left NY cause there be too much drama for him there.
New American Gladiators-things coulda gotten better if they took off the commentators[Laila & Hogan] ratings would be a whole lot better.
Damon- the one where he's an undercover cop & using different personalities. And the drama he wrote on Fox that lasted 1 season. At least he had a series finale for it.
Whoopi-it was considered great but why did it get cancelled just like that? I feel if her tv brother wasn't dating the white girl it would still be on :grumpy:
That one black show they had on NBC in the late 90's or early this decade where a guy was tryna keep the grandfather from eating certain foods so he won't have another heart attack. Only got 2 episodes, wasn't given a chance. But the unfunniest shows ever, Seinfeld & Friends were on for a long time...go fig.

NY Undercover cancelled itself when they killed off Torres >:( so un4giveable. They coulda got Esai Morales to replace him instead. And I thought David Caruso f'ed up big time when he left NYPD Blue for his failed movie career.

And I actually 4got the Boondocks.

I gotta admit it was a nice show (I'm a big MK fan) & they were doing good numbers, so that was a strange move on their part.

They didn't have enough time to jump the shark. Other good shows have stopped after a few seasons, and maybe that's a good thing. We didn't have to watch them fall off.

Yep, missed that show. It got cancelled out of the blue. Same thing with Rolanda, Jenny Jones. Another one I didn't mention, the Boondocks.

damn I need new Atlantis. That show is fucking awesome.
They have a new Stargate coming (called SG Universe). It's based on an abandoned Ancient space ship. New cast and everything. Coming in next fall.
