The anticipated debut album "A Love Supreme" by the Inglewood duo U-N-I is finally here. If you heard their this-is-only-a-mixtape "Before There Was Love", you knew they weren't playing and aiming for even bigger things on their first album.
"A Love Supreme" didn't disappoint at all. It's a very strong debut and easily their most polished and well-rounded project to date. Y-O's and Thurzday's rhymes about the everyday life in Inglewood combined with Ro Blvd's universal production is what sets them apart from most records coming out these days. Music like this is what Hip-Hop needs right now, I'm sure any listener can appreciate this. And the best of it all, it's available for free download!

its a phenomenon, out of all random boards and comments sections, its always dubcc that's sleepin on dope new west coast artists. they would rather get another g-funk song than an album like this. or discuss the newest bws group that is never gonna come out. smh

First time i have heard of U-N-I.
They feel like a westcoast version of Outkast to me at first listen (old skool Outkast).
Really feeling this.
Will be happy to pay for future projects!

Yeah there are hard copies available, but I haven't seen one online.
