Title: Mobb Deep - Pre-Hell EP (Unreleased Hell On Earth Tracks)
Post by: Al Bundy on April 01, 2009, 02:26:41 AM
This was released on vinyl by Loud Records a couple years back but some people might not know about this. I've had a couple of these tracks from here and there but here they are in the best quality available. For the people that don't know, Hell On Earth is Mobb Deep's third album after their arguably classic release The Infamous. These tracks are dope but I could see why a couple wern't on the final tracklist. Anyways, let's let the music speak for itself.

I think' In the Long Run' was on the Enhanced CD version of H.O.E. "Reach" later became "Rare Species" on the Soul In the Hole soundtrack
I taped First Day of Spring and Young Luv off Morgan State radio back in the day and used to play it constantly
Mobb got one of the best unreleased catalogues in rap

Good looking Bundy. Except for the last track these songs are nowhere near the level of anything released on the Hell On Earth CD. Plus they have a whole different sound to them.

big props man, I already have these, but it's good to see if they're in better quality

and yeah, as far as I know, in the long run was a bonus/hidden track on some version of Hell On Earth

Yea I believe it was on a mix tape that came out before Pac died.  Drop a Gem was supposed to be the first single for Hell On Earth.
