Dubcnn recently linked up with one of the hottest production talents in Hip-Hop; Dae One. A name familiar to many of our visitors [View our extensive Dae One archives] but not yet by the wider Hip-Hop community - we want that to change and so sat down with Dae for him to talk to us in detail about his work so far, the challenges and decisions he has been through and of course what he is currently working on.
As ever we have ensured you can read the full transcript but as the latest member of the Dubcnn team Jose Ho-Guanipa was invited by Dae One down to his studio for the interview we also have the full feature in streaming and downloadable video format.

How can you be sleeping on this?!

checked the interview a while ago. it was a good read, it's nice that the substance is an actual release now, song's hot, noni's verse comes correct and dae one's not that bad (thought he'd be like every other producer/rapper). Why's everybody sleeping on this dae one is a beast.

ok just watched the video again to re-check the exclusive audio+ i listened to the extra No One track.
i wasn't feeling the first track of the video at all; the 2nd track has potential but i need to wait for the release to judge ;)
the 3rd one was only a snippet of a beat: it sounded cool but there's not much to judge.
Not Able to do it is not bad, but i don't think it makes me want to listen to it again
