Title: What's the name of this movie...?

Anyone know the name of the movie, in which a husband and wife were driving home from Mexico and the wife hit a person on the road and they fled. The couple got home and were eventually stalked by this guy who witnessed this?

Not even sure what year this was made... thanks for any help.
