pretty solid track! I like the beat and your style. It definitely has a "hiphop" feel to it! Keep up the good work...

greatly appreciated

Honestly, I was expecting some hot garbage but I was shocked.
You got a nice natural voice. It's strong and solid. Not deep like older Doc Dre or Biggie. It's crisp and clear like Bishop Lamont, when he's not spitting lazy, but sounds fulled out.
I recently started writing with the purpose to create. I'm not even going to try to write to a beat yet or record (my voice is hot garbage). My point is I'm understanding how it's much harder to create and come up with some clever lyrics and a delivery that doesn't come off as cliche or unoriginal.
edit:
i can't get it but i did hear the first 30 secs, i'll post the rest of my review latter. i haven't heard what you said, the concept (probably about money), or too much of the beat...

good lookin...shit make sure to check it out all the way

i finished listening to it.
the beat was allright. nothing phenomenal ear catching about it. very average. i don't know much about beats other then what i think sounds dope. you could probably throw in a heavy bass line and it sounded doper. a positive is you force the listener to focus on lyrics.
the chorus has been done a hundred ways from sunday but it's got a vibe of old school homage deal
lyrically, what can i say? i think it's hard to write really dope lyrics about a single concept while conveying genuine emotions and perspectives. i think you definitely got a path on the right track by sticking to what you know, you're life experiences. the devil is in details. i always think of a scene from this movie called walk the line about this country singer named johnny cash. he's trying to get a record deal and the owner listens to his song, looks at him, and then says "if you died today that's what you want to be remembered by? if you were given one chance to touch people, it's that?"
i think the greatest asset is your voice. i'm feeling it.
you got more?
