Besides the first two days it was out , no niccas I know are talking about this track. Album should have been released while "Crack a Bottle " was climbing the charts . Is this new track doing anything on the charts ?

i dont know, Crack A Bottle was bigger because it had Dre & 50 were on it & it was better to bump & shit.
We Made You was just like a silly single for stans & shit; wasnt really a song you bump in the whip or hear in the clubs.

U.S. Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles 24
U.S. Billboard Hot Rap Tracks 19
U.S. Billboard Pop 100 63

I've heard this so many times on Power 106, LA's biggest "hip hop" station. So...I'd say it has a buzz.
-
I've heard it on kiss fm which plays pop/rap/r&b/dance/popular rock.
I haven't heard it on the end which plays rap and r&b.
I'm from midwest.
I'd say it's getting spins. A few of my folk don't like it but have heard it. Think the video is better then the song.

who dictates what kind of music gets plays... cause i know its not the people

my understanding is that there will be another single along with another video before the album drops on a pushed up date of may 12 possibly the 8th

word has it though that from here on out its going to be darker, more meaningful music.
that is the word from Royce & Dawaun Parker; so we'll see if there just supporting there boy or its legit.

It's gettin a lot of play on MTV here in Australia.
Not sure about the Radio down here though, dont listen to it. But Crack A Bottle stayed in top 5 radio countdowns for a while here.
-
The video has multiple uploads to youtube, all with millions and millions of views, and it has only been a week or so.

Eminem’s “We Made You” debuted on MTV.com on April 7, 2009, and currently stands as the biggest music video debut of all time on the site, with more than 758K streams in its first 24 hours, breaking the previous record by 15%.

The charts are still relevant in 2009?
What kind of stupid statement is that? Is an accountant still relevant for a business in 2009? SMH!
The single is the #1 Hip Hop single on Itunes,
#3 overall Itune overall chart.
Is the Top 40 Most added song 52 stations
Top 40 Most Increased Airplay
#1 Hip-Hop song in 9 countries
http://www.apple.com/euro/itunes/charts/top10hiphopsongs.html
How is that not a buzz?
America! SMH

The most pirated album charts are the ones I want to see.

That'd be balling to figure out.
-
the video makes the song better
as opposed to a video being made becos its a good song

True statement... I liked the track more after laughing at the video..
And yea that song gets talked about by lots of people and it's played everywhere...
In fact I was in the video store earlier today and the owners of the video store.. who are probably in their early to mid forties asked me if I seen Eminem's new video... so yea..
-
Its on the t.v all the time over here in the uk.

I live in the midwest where it is very hard for an artist to get play out here. The only rappers that get play out here are the clown ass snappin and poppin, club rappers, Souljah Boy, southern Lil Wayne type artists get play. Even "Crack A Bottle" received no radio play out here. And if Eminem came out with a darker single, I know it would have a hard time getting play out here.
But "We Made You" is all over the radio here in the midwest! Shit is blowin up! So if it's gettin play in the midwest I know it's getting play all over the country.
And I'm happy for that because at least Eminem understands hip-hop culture and it's history, and gives love to the pioneers. He's got real skills and talent, and he's paid his dues. He's trying to be creative and he had to do a song like this to set up his album, just like the other 4 that came before. He's got to stick to what works.
So I won't judge Eminem according to the first single. I will judge him based on his whole album. If it's even close to the level of his first 3 then that could really bring the whole hip-hop industry back to life. But if it is another Encore THEN I will be hugely dissapointed.

I don't understand why he makes these weird fucking songs as his first singles on all of his albums...he could make any songs he want and it will still sell millions either way...
-
We Made You sounds like a leftover from MMLP. Fuck that shit.
