Title: What songs are these lyrics from?

I was at my cousin and I heard a couple of different songs from her computer.

The first on went like this:
She's fresh to death she'll be the death of you ,seduction leads to destruction, she's fresh to death she'll be the death of me.
I couldn't really hear the rest.

The second went like this:
Late at night I melt my dolls
hang them by the nooses
you're not living next door to an angel.
It mainly sang about being next door to someone and not being an angel.It sounds electronic

The third was:
You've got to build it up and then break down
Give it a taste and drop your jaw to the ground
Then you ll know what to do and well pick it up
Pick it up and give it right back to you
It's sound familiar.I think it's might be four year strong???It sounds like them

I don't know why I didn't ask my cousin.

Not sure but if you type smaller parts of the songs into google it generally has the answers there for ya! 8)
