Dubcnn recently linked up with one of the the veterans of West Coast hip Hop; Tash of the Alkaholiks. Tash has been in the industry for over two decades and is returning with his second solo album Control Freek after a decade away from solo work.
As ever we have ensured you can read the full transcript but as the latest member of the Dubcnn team Jose Ho-Guanipa was invited by Tash to meet with him in San Diego while he was there doing shows and meeting with close friend Xzibit. We also have the full feature in streaming and downloadable video format.
Tash gave us an exclusive sneak peek of a few of his tracks off his forthcoming album Control Freek which includes notable collaborations with Snoop Dogg, B-Real of Cypress Hill and many more and is dropping May 5th.

Well from what i know Rap Life 2 was complete on another label but he had some issues and was scrapped, this is new(er) material than the RL2 stuff so somewhere im sure there is a grip of music that hasnt yet leaked from that unreleased album

Well I know for sure there's 2 versions of Incredible, one just has Tash on it & the other one is with Phil The Agony. Anyways gonna check out the interview a lil later & drop some feedback. Tash is one of my favorites.

I agree, Tash is one of THE best Mcs....Instead of Kurupt & J-Ro album, I would love to see a Kurupt & Tash album. That would be fire....with like a lot of Fredwreck/E-Swift/Soopafly type of grimey/party beats.
