Mine That Bird, a 50-1 shot just took the derby; thats fucking nuts. :o

someone just hit the fucking jackpot.

god bless anyone on this board that put some bread on Mine That Bird lol.

i dont see a Triple Crown coming this horses way though, but you never know. ;) 8)

Calvin Borel is a G, the way he weaved Mine That Bird on the rail was amazing.  Sucks for Talamo though, he was going to ride in his 1st Kentucky Derby as a 19 year old but I Want Revenged scratched.

dope shit, i have nothing invested in horse racing, didnt even watch it, saw the replay tho, but i love a underdog winner like that, its great, dude gave a pretty emotional interview afterwards

Check out this race, which was the Kentucky Oaks the day before.  Calvin Borel's was on Rachel Alexandra.  Sick horse, Calvin Borel didn't even asked for her to move she was just riding like nothing and killed the field.
