Honestly I don't see any way they lose 4 times in a series this year, hell I don't even know if they will lose a game.
I am trying to figure out why I have been saying Kobe is still the best in the NBA, it is clearly Lebron right now. Like Jordan said, he has a legit chance to be the greatest of all time. I have never liked the Cavs but I have to admit they are head and shoulders above every other team in the league

Ye they definetly do look way better then anyone else right now. But i would say that Atlanta is the worst team left in the playoffs but they are still a good team and the cavs are showing that they do work. Lol at u always tryin to bring kobe into a thread that has no reason to be. i swear u love him.

i think they easily got the conference, unless they collapse to Orlando (given they make it; but id put my money on them).
Lakers wont be no walk in the park though, thats a given.

hey im a lakers fan but i dont see why everyone is so sure we get to the championship, i mean damn denver is on fire and houston has shown they can ball. Those teams all scare me.

The Lakers aren't even playing at their top level yet. They just don't seem to be interested in playing playoff basketball right now. The problem is you can't just turn it on like a light switch. They need to start focusing real soon (like the Cavs have all post-season) or else they can find themselves sinking fast.

I agree, sorta. The Cavs look pretty fuckin impressive. Not because they havent lost yet, but because they are SO dominate. Now Im obviously not a Laker fan, but one thing to take into consideration. The West is WAY tougher for a #1 or #2 seed in the first two rounds, then the East is. The East gets tough for #1 and #2 seeds once they reach the Conference finals (maybe tougher then the West at that point). But the Lakers playing the Jazz and now the Rockets, is a way tougher matchup then the Cavs playings the Pistons and the Hawks. Smart money would still be on Cleveland right now, but lets see what they do when they arent able to coast through a series.

^^^^ word plus looking very impressive early in the playoffs doesnt equal to win a ship ... we all saw what happened with Lakers and C's las year ... dont forget playoffs is about matchups aswell and Cavs are not matching well with the Lakers ..

The Cavs have so far:
a)swept the WORST team in the playoffs (DET)
b)are up 2-0 against the worst team to make the second round
So, ya'll should not get ahead of yourself. HOWEVER, for those of us who've watched the Cavs all year, you've seen how good their team defense is, you've seen how happy they are for each other, you've seen multi-millionaires on the bench standing the entire time to cheer on their teammates........
There IS something special about this CAVS team. This team is FOCUSED, no matter who they play. IS their a better leader than LBJ? His teammates follow his example, and you KNOW he would never allow them to take an opponent lightly.
No, they aren't as talented as the Lakers (or maybe even the Nuggets), but they DO have a great chance to win it all. Don't think it won't be a battle though.

If championship trophies were handed out this early, then they would have a point. Right now, the Cavs look great, but Detroit was wack and they have Atlanta shook already. Denver has been smashing on better teams, even though they lost 1 to the Hornets, the Lakers have only lost 2 games in the playoffs so far, and the Celtics were taken to the wire a couple times last year. We'll see how it all shakes down when they play Orlando or Boston, that should make it a lot tougher. The Cavs' games have been boring for NBA fans though, every game has been a blowout.

the Lakers just need to keep LeBron out the paint and pray the Cavs don't hit 40% of the 3-point shots

Cavs not lose another game? Magic Cavs series is gonna go 7. Orlando gives Cleveland all kinds of matchup issues. Howard is gonna EAT Ilgauskas. And Lebron cant cover both Hedo and Rashard, whoever Bron is on, the other guy is gonna go off. If Jameer was healthy I think Orl has the edge because hed pretty much cancel out MO, who i think will have the best series out of all the Cavs. Gonna be a great series IMO. Wouldnt be surprised if The Magic stole game 1 tonight. And after dealing with phsyical perkins last series Z is gonna seem so soft to superman. The Bron factor imo will have the Cavs win in 7, but it wont be easy. Orlando isnt the Hawks

I did not like how Cleveland went back to their old " let Lebron do his things and the 4 others players watch" offense in the 2nd half though ... team offense is the reason they have been great this year so why going away from it ... even if Lebron is great and was on fire , 1 player is not going to beat a very good team by himself .. Cavs will probably take the series even if they shouldn't as Orlando will beat itself in 1 or 2 games as usual

wit that being said i think Lebron is the most unique player i have ever seen and he is the 2ND best player in the world today. Kobe is the best player today and the most fundamentally sound player of all time. And i love watchin Bron play as much as Kobe, but Kobe is better and even in the game 2 loss he showed that down the stretch
