R&B singer Chrisette Michele's Epiphany topped the charts this week opening at No. 1. According to Nielsen Soundscan, the singer's new album sold 83,800 copies after its first seven days in stores.
Video vixen Ciara's Fantasy Ride followed closely behind debuting at No. 3. The singer's latest solo project sold 81,200 copies after its first week on shelves.
Real R&B prevails ;D

have u heard the album?

I've listened to this new one 2 times, still don't got that "this is the shit"-feeling.
With that first album I spinned it like 10 times a week for a month.

she deserves it, but her first album deserves number one spot more, I gotta listen to Epiphany more, heard it just once and I wasn't blown away, and that has to change ;D
and Ciara should release her naked pics, she would sell more ;D

No shit?
Chrisette Michelle is dope. New album is good, didn't hear much hype about the first album. I'll give it a listen.

Listening to it now! Chrisete Deserves it, her first album was great, it was more soulful though, but I guess this has a mainstream appeal to it since NeYo did alot of work on it
-
great news! congrats to her - she deserves it.
i still think i am is just slightly better than epiphany, but then again they both have their strengths and weaknesses, yet both being good and consistent records. i love them both!
