it seems like a couple months ago, I would of been the first to lrush to isten to a new dre beat, but now theres tracks everywhere and im not even bothered anymore because i know theyre not gonna be anything special, and this new track just confirms by beliefs

nah this aint so bad, sounds like a step up from some of the beats on relapse. think its safe to say there's gonna be plenty of choir sounds on detox. where's the funk though? :0

beat sounds straight, I can see you saying its nothing special but to say he fell off like this shit sucks well thats a little excessive... Is it even confirmed this dre on the beat?

the beats might not be terrible, but what im trying to put across is there no longer WOW, i think they stopped being that after Busta Rhymes "Big Bang", theyve lost that edge

Really don't even sound like something Dre would do with the explosions and shit..

Everyone at the end of the day is going to have they opinion on what beats they do or don't like from Dre. Fallen off? I don't know about that but his sound has and continues to evolve. Now Ron Browz of Ether fame, he has fallen the fuck off.

Dre's music does evolve, the music he does for Eminem production wise does not sound the same for 50. He used pianos more on Snoop's BCT album. Listen to 2001 and listen now to his sound. It's changed, whether you or I or anyone else likes it or not is completely subjective, or whether you think it is better or worse.

I gotta disagree big time. Even though a lot people weren't feeling his newish shit I still thought it was pretty dope. But his production on the Em album exceeded my expectations, too bad Em couldn't deliver on half the tracks.

like the OG Outta Control just tearing up the system in the whip, kind of guy lol.
the remix is out of this world awesome too, but i prefer bangin, BANGIN beats if you follow what i'm sayin lol. :P

as a song i'd take the remix all day.
but as far as beats go, i personally prefer the fast tempo, loud, bangin OG beat over the slower, bangin; but with a more smooth twist type beat on the remix.
i love that remix though, just thinking about that song has me bumping it on Youtube as i type lol.

Why do people on this forum compare EVERY Dre beat to Outta Control Rmx? There is going to be NO new Outta Control Rmx, if that's what you're looking for, don't listen to any of Dre's new work just to post when you're disappointed.
As for this beat, it's a banger, but it's definately not wow. Dre's definately holding back for Detox, especially with the melodies and sounds that you hear on top of the drums. Beat is still nice though and so is 50's flow.

If you look at the thread starter history of posts, you'll notice a common thing; big BWS fan and in conjunction with that the hate for Dre comes. It's traditional for die hard Game fans to bash everything Dre has done since Game was dropped and claiming how his best beats lately were on Documentary when 3 out of 5 were originally 50's.

Which is pathetic imo. I'm a Game and BWS fan and I don't have problems with admitting that Dre is definitely back. Relapse is a good album imo, not only because of production but it's definitely a big part of it. The new beat in 50's song is good too.
