I feel ya, I recently got my habits in line again. Gotta do it at some point, the earlier the better.

I go on a strict regimen of only eating certain foods every day, usually some egg whites, oatmeal, fruits, cottage cheese, and I eat the same foods for a good week. That right there makes your body lose its taste for all the junk food, now youve practically reintroduced a whole new line of shit to your system.
And from there, youll naturally make healthier choices.
