The richest club in the world is ready to rubber-stamp a 32 million pound deal to steal Tevez away from city rivals United. And they will offer 10 million pound -rated Barry 90,000 pound a week to see off Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs.
The move for Argentinian striker Tevez, 25, also blows Liverpool and Chelsea out of the chase with City happy to meet Kia Joorabchian's 32 million pound asking price.
Liverpool's bid for the former West Ham forward was the lowest offer received. Boss Mark Hughes will also pay Tevez nearly 140,000 pound a week in a four-year deal, News of the World reported.
Joorabchian will have one final meeting with Old Trafford chiefs this week to find out whether Sir Alex Ferguson sees Tevez as anything more than a bit-part player. Those assurances are unlikely - leaving the way clear for City.

Like quite a few of these articles you put up. If reported by any newspaper, most likely that it is a load of bollocks.

I wouldnt say lies, more like what ifs? if you know what i mean
They will print say a page of a story and if you read through it you will see no quotes or that
for example the first story i came accross in by far the worst paper in the uk here
Cristiano Ronaldo will pick up a staggering £26m if Real Madrid do not sign him by the end of the month, it was claimed last night.
Former Madrid president Ramon Calderon reportedly promised the Ronaldo camp last summer he would do whatever it took to sign the Manchester United winger.
And that means Madrid could have to pay £80m to trigger an alleged buy-out clause in his contract.
Calderon was so confident of landing the 24-year-old, he agreed to pay him 30m Euros (£26m) if a deal was not clinched by the end of June. Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes, it is claimed in several Spanish newspapers, is said to have agreed to pay the same amount to Real if his client backed out of the move.
United have always denied a deal is already in place to sell the World Player of the Year, while Ronaldo would be unable to negotiate with another club without the permission of his Old Trafford paymasters.
No qoutes from anyone or how they found out the information, they make stuff up to sell papers

and those fuckin arabs are able to pay Joorabchian 42 millions, that's why this news isn't just "gossip" to me.

you pretty much cant believe anything written in the news of the world. Over the space of the last month they have said that tevez will join city, liverpool, villa, arsenal, reverton, real madrid, inter, barca or stay at united.
Then when one of them comes true they will say they had it right, even though anyone could have guessed one of those will happen.
This week the sun which also does the news of the world they said tevez was deciding to join city or stay at united and would all be resolved on wednesday, suprise suprise nothing has happened.
