Damn, that was ill.

Don't tell me you haven't heard any of Jeru's albums. The Sun Rises In The East and Wrath Of The Math are classic albums. Both fully produced by Premo.

What is all this about?

He is basically saying that Bad Boy is killing Hip Hop, saying Puff was holding it hostage. After that, Premier went and worked with Biggie on a diss track to Jeru who didn't like it and he never worked with Premo again.

Move this to Outbound.

Can't get into his stuff. Only track that I heard from him and liked was 'Tha Bullshit', but I can't get into his stuff.

I can see why you can't, his off beat flow probably doesn't help. You just need to ignore that, listen to the lyrics and the sick beats behind him and it will all be ok.

LMFAO!!! I didn't want to say that, but you just took the exact damn thoughts out of my head. I'll give it a try again. Just gotta be in that mellow mood. Ya know.

Jeru can be dope at times but I hate his off-beat flow

i'm glad all that silly westcoast, eastcoast beef is over and all that petty shit that followed, i try not to promote that type of shit unless its someone sending(dissing) for some frontman, fake pussy rapper chatting shit on the mic, or a faggot, rat or sex offender, other than that shit, niggas need to get money and keep it moving, for real, true stories

but even still, what jeru diss tune did big do wit preme, i don't remember big ever addressing that situation, i wish jeru and premo could work together again, classic combination, big up big, jeru and premo, lets go

I'm not sure about that.

Premo was on Biggie 94 album too, right?

Sorry I placed this in the wrong forum.

Good shit guys, I like this song. I don't think Biggie should have even dissed Jeru, because the fact of the matter is hip hop = Biggie due to the Versace suit line. I got to say Jeru had some pretty clever lines and that was some A+ production from Premo.  8)

Jeru was only dope when he ran with Gangstarr....after that, when he started dissin them he soundded like a lil beetch

but when he was with Primo he was aight...."ya played yaself" is Jeru's best song to me.
