Title: Should I Buy A PS3 From Play.com.....?
Post by: kuruptDPG on June 26, 2009, 02:36:10 PM: im thinking of finally getting ps3, came across the site, its got gd offers, thers 1 gd offer for the 60gb and 1 for 80gb, what should i go for? i got told 60gb has its faulty moments, thats why the stop selling it in the uk?

Post by: Nutty on June 26, 2009, 03:58:21 PM: The YLOD only happening with 60gb models? Mine had it, but I got it replaced. I wouldn't be too worried about HDD size coz you can always upgrade, I'd get the 60gb if it's BC. Not all PS3's are BC.

i heard it was the 40gb that went nuts.

much prefer the 60gb cuz of the BC, but i was tempted to sell it on ebay for big bucks and get the 40gb and dust off the ps2.

Post by: Jaydc555 on June 27, 2009, 01:19:49 PM: I had the 60 and one day it just stopped working and I lost all my saved games.To kick Me in the balls even more it was a month out of warranty.So I did the honourable thing and bought a new one switched mine into the box and then returned it to get my money back and I even upgraded to an 80 in the process

thanks homie but for that amount there (£280), you can get deals for that amount, thats too expensive, i might go for the offers in play.com but major props though.

but is play.com trustworthy though?
