K-Lou is the producer. I met the man in a AZ lowrider show a few years back. He aslo co-produced "Woof", and "20 Dollars 2 My name" of Snoop's first NL album. Fucking Master P didn't give him the proper credit, so he sued P for "breach of contract" and unpaid royalties.
