"I just got off that plane," Game said of the well-documented rift. "I didn't even get my baggage out the baggage claim."
The MC says he wants to "apologize to 50 as a man." He also wants to apologize to the fans, Dr. Dre, Eminem and the head of Interscope, Jimmy Iovine.
"Jimmy always says, 'Man, I told you guys not to break up the Beatles,' " Game said. "He says he told John Lennon the same thing a long time ago. But I was young, man. I was dumb. I did a lot of dumb things. I felt me and 50 clashed. I'm not gonna dis 50. I'm not gonna go back on the plane. He had his side, I had my side. I did what I felt was necessary for me and my career to have longevity and survive in hip-hop and music to be around when I'm Quincy Jones' age — not just be Quincy Jones' age, but be a Quincy Jones. Now, four albums in, I can honestly say from Banks to Buck to Dre to Yayo to whoever, if it would have kept going, endless paper. Millions of albums sold — because we were great together. Me and 50's chemistry was like how Method Man was to Redman when they get in. You know when Method Man gets with Redman, it's going down."
True, the Unit, when they were a five-man squad (that's with Game and Buck), were absolutely unstoppable. We're still rocking that All Eyez on Us G-Unit Radio Part 5 mixtape.
"It is what KRS-One was with Scott La Rock," Game added, describing his time with 50. "When you take Ralph Tresvant from New Edition and Bobby Brown goes this way, you might get a Bell Biv DeVoe, but you won't get no 'Candy Girl.' You won't get no 'Mr. Telephone Man.' You ain't gonna get no 'Hate It or Love It,' you won't get 'How We Do.' As a family, we had it. If we never [broke] up, I think Detox would have been out and we all would have been selling millions from Banks to Buck, Tony Yayo. I'm gonna apologize for my role."

I hope The Game is sincere with this, but then he might release a G-Unot mixtape next week.
-
Well 50 ain't dumb...that's for sure. He learned his lesson the last time on not to buy into that kind of shit.
-

i`ve just watched the video and Game says some real shit.. he sounds sincere.
i think the whole beef between 50 and Game was totally unnecessary. They were great together but i guess both of them got big egos and that fucked up a lot of things.
-
He's even namecalling in interviews :-\
-
He's even namecalling in interviews :-\
Aahahaa! ;D
-
The beef was dumb from the get go but Game isn't the only one to blame. 50 does too. And, it's probably true about Detox coming sooner than later and having the game on lock for several more years then they did. Hell Stat Quo might have came out,
-
Yeah shit sucks they had good chemistry, I was really feeling what they were doing then almost as quick as it came together it fell apart. That sucked not that I took sides in the whole thing it all seemed so frivalous at the time. I think ever since people saw how beefing generated record sales (and unfortunately death) from pac and big it all seems like a publicity stunt. Whether it is or not whenever people are beefing these days I can't help but wonder if its sincere or just a cash move.
The whole 50 and Game situation kinda reminded me of the whole Pac and Dre situation in that you got this feeling like 'oh this is gonna be huge these dudes are just gonna be killing it together' then boom everything just falls apart that quick.
-
take a look back on the threads on dubcc about the beefs.. and how game made alot of $$$ selling retards the drama..... dubcnn generated alot of hits too because of the controversey...
rap is just like wrestling.. both of these dudes camps have both been in the same vicinity or close by and they have not done nothing to each other.. even though the game flew over there to NYC made a dvd and attempted to go at 50
game stans g unot etc etc have to feel a little stupid just a little for fully believing all that shit LOL!
welp, game changes his mind again.
-
I think that both Game & 50 are attention whores and in the beginning they thought that the beef would increase the sales and whatnot and it did but only in short term. In the long run they both lost more supporters than they have gained. However I still think Yayo is to blame for Bucks and Games departure, everything was peachy in G-Unit until Yayo cane back from jail.
My prediction on how this will turn out ? 50 will get asked about this and his reply will be "Game is bipolar" like the stubborn bastard he is, Game will get offended like a teenage girl and will start with his "50 Cent can suck my dick..." rant on concerts again.
-
real niggas dont apologize...be a man nigga...u sound like some fuccin bitch. thats what i like about 50..if he don't like he don't like you...aint gonna be no fuccin truces..fucc that.

greattttt

Seems like the real Game there. Not a facade that sometimes he seems to put on. But as much as its Games fault 50 has to accept some fault. Things such as "I refuse to do the video with Game on one side of the street reppin the west coast & me on the other side reppin the east because Game aint on my level"
50 got a huge ego, at least Games being man enough now to extend that hand. 50 should just squash it even if it mean they dont work together at least its dead its in the past. 50 may have not gone on teh campaign as much as Game did, but he definately instigated the whole thing

I would say 50 started it by going on the radio and bring inside business to the public. If he wanted Game out of G-Unit he could've handled it much better privately.
After kicking Game out 50 didn't focus too much on Game. If anything Game focused on G-Unit and that continued the beef even if, for the most part, it was a one way beef.
They're both to blame. I don't blame Game for retaliating against 50 once he said he was out of the Unit but I do blame Game for handling it so poorly. If he wasn't so bi-polar and focused on good music more he'd be a much bigger star then he is.
-

but that was 50's whole thing; he wanted to public thinking Game was shit without them when he left; at first he did because at the time 50 was still the biggest name in rap, but then the tables turned lol.
50 has to be somewhere right now happy as a mother fucker; 1. he has Game apologizing to him & 2. he will definatly try to work something out where Game is on the next album & 50 does some hook work on Game's album & Dre gets involved.
can't say i'm against it, those songs they did on the The Documentary together were great songs. 8)

HAS GAME DISSED FIFTY RECWNTLY ???

No doubt. Their egos are too big for them to be a duo, but there's no denying they had great chemistry on the mic.

damn Game does it again, change of hearts,....agree with Meho

I know why 50 did it. It was basically a business move. He caught feelings over seeing his time and money spent on Game and not receiving enough of the profit and shine. The Documentary was much critically acclaimed album than The Massacre. Then the all the dumb beefs 50 was having and Game said I'm not following the Unit into all beefs. 50 basically used that as an excuse to terminate Game.
I understand 50's feeling. I'd be pissed too if the material I wrote and gave away to another artist was much more successful. I'd be thinking like what the fuck? Why didn't I release that as 50 cent ft Game song instead of Game ft 50 cent? 50 made some poor decisions back then. I don't think because he made career mistakes that 50 had the right to air inside business out on table and kick Game out of the Unit without telling him first.
I side with Game when we review the beginning of the beef but that shit could have ended a year or two ago and I blame game for letting it continue as long as it did.

I'm thinkin he's refering to R.E.D.
-
It would make for an interesting moment in hip-hop if these two did start working together again but given how things have played out in the past, I don't see it happening. Game has tried to holler at 50 before and it's been the same thing. Game says he wants to squash it and when 50 doesn't accept, Game goes back to dissing him again.
-
does this mean all Game fans should apologize to other fans for talking a lotta shit by defending this guy? lol
-
I probably posted it here back in 04-05...but Game had planned to leave G-Unit way back in September of 04...he knew he had to stay cool with them until the album dropped, but he wasn't gettin along with them then.
It was tension on both sides...it's nearly impossible to have two cliques from opposite coasts but all from the hood come together and all become best friends, so there were problems from day one. G-Unit was doin shady things early on, like leaking Game's tracks in 04 that he didn't want to get put out yet (Whoo Kid leaked Dreams)...and 50 already knew Game was gonna leave, but he waited until his album dropped to "kick him out" for more promo.
-
Haha, Bishop Lamont really got through with the whole 'bipolar' attack on Game it seems. But yeah Game's twitter probably means that Game is trying to get back in the studio with 50. The sad part about it all is that Game is the one who never let go of all the dissing while 50 just brushed it off, and now it's Game who's apologizing. 50 must be laughing his ass off right now.

that's funny: 50's & Game's popularity have decreased a lot in the last few years.
money makes the world go round ;)

They're both idiots for fucking that situation up, they had great chemistry together, but then again, Game's probably got more money than he knows what to do with and 50 makes Game look homeless so it really doesn't matter to them.
