South Central. Ice Cube leading the way for sure. I was gonna say the Bay, with 'Pac and 4 Tay, but the bay should be divided like L.A. is.

Out of these I have to go with Compton.

DJ Quik, Eazy-E, MC Ren, Hi-C, 2nd II None, Lil Chill, BG Knocc Out & Dresta, Fo' Clips Eclipse, Tweedy Bird Loc, MC Eiht...

But I would say that all rappers out of the L.A and L.A county area are the best  ;)

But I don't agree with what Gangsta T said about Long Beach. There are also rappers that aren't that much down with the DPG or are related to it. You've forgotten about Domino, Foesum, Dove Shack (don't think that they work with Warren G anymore), Twinz (also they are down with Snoop' camp), Lime Block and don't forget about the tight "underground" VIP RECORDS Long Beach compilation.

I don't really think that LBC iz a good town ! okay, I just know the biggest niggaz out from there like domino, lil half dead, snoop, bad azz, dpg etc but what I know about em' iz not quite good I think. A part from Dogg Food I haven't really felt any other album outta LBC.

4 Me tha yay & CPT are the best townz, but I prefer tha yay tho ;D

Can't choose one. It's all the same. The West consists of LA n the bay, so i couldn't say one of them is better.
