He's signing for the MLE? The Lakers were willing to give him the full MLE. This is confusing. And LOL at him choosing the Rockets over the Cavs.

Fighting for the MLE on the Rockets... when you could have signed a huge sign-and-trade? This doesn't make sense at all.. probably false or something we don't know is going on behind closed doors.

nah, hes gettin the same amount that the lakers offered him in the first place 5.6, his agent was just bluffing so he can get ariza paid more but it just backfired.
ariza fucked up period.

no he didnt....we offered him the same amount as the Rockets, LOL!

Dumb move by Ariza, what was he thinking? Kid's got a really bright future though, wish him the best.

apparently Toronto offered him the most... but he turned it down
and he's getting a little more with Houston than L.A.
Lakers offered him 3-years for almost 18 million
Houston offered him 5-years for almost 33 million
guy in the paper made a good point... this isn't a good move for Ariza
could be one of those upandcoming FA's who finds the wrong team and fades out
5 years in Houston? the money will make it better but I don't think shit will be that great
-
did he have a choice to stay in la?
damn bad move on all terms IMO
