E1 ain't trying to get sued.It's the same song and dance he's been spouting for awhile now. I would tend to doubt that there is a deal with E1. He supposedly had distribution deals with Koch and Universal before as well. The Nate Dogg song more than likely was taken from the album he has been bootlegging on his site for some time. I've questioned him in the past about his business and he gave some very sketchy answers. If you do a little "google" search or two, you'll find quite a few people who are complaining of being short-changed by this man. Then there's whole matter of his dissapearing act a few months back when the CEO of Duck Down stated that there was no partnership between him and Shortyo (Shonuff) and the digital release of "One Nation" that Shortyo was selling on Amazon was illegal. When he did come back under a different user name, his first order of business was to throw out all this info about some big bootleg sting going down involving several groups who were bootlegging Death Row material, but surprisingly not him. Add to it the fact that this press release seems to just be something he wrote up himself and posted on this message board. Everything I read about this guy screams out "con man" and I'd recommend that folks be careful about dealing with him.

I always wondered how a dude with such a bad history figured out some way to sign cyserro.But the thing is we've never really heard Cyserro break down the specifics of their business relationship. I've seen videos here and there and read an interview or two with the guy but for all we know, Shortyo went up to the dude with some money and offered to invest it in him so he could look like he was managing a legitimate artist and had industry connections. Nobody really knows the real story. We only know the part of it that this guy wants us to know.

but to answer it: dru ha didnt know anyone from IN THE BANK from a can of paint. Jason from ITB did get some of the one nation shit from people working with dru and it was presumed to be legit. when ITB was preparing to release it dru reached out to In the bank and spoke to them. At 1st he was down as long as they got some profits.i think they even talked about doing some future shit. I guess shit got too big and the project was scrapped all together. As far as why and all the details I dont know I left them when there business end wasnt good
