I'd be lying if I said it looked like they rocked the crowd.

wheres that show? Greenbow, Alabama? Crowd looks like zombies and shit. And what time did Slaughter preform, noon?
-
No idea, I just wish people would appreciate what was in front of them a little more.
-
wow the crowd looks dead. Yesterday in my city got a pretty good pumped up reaction when they announced Slaughterhouse. U would think Det. would be more pumped, I mean Royce is FROM there for crying out loud :-\
-
The problem with slaughterhouse is that they ARE diverse. And a lot of people who support them only like 1 or 2 artists from the group and could care less or even HATE some of the other members of the group. You can quote me when i say they won't be that successful.
-
Id of went sick if they would of perfomed at a show i was at.
-
I like all 4 members. Define success Prince? There album will be a large indie success imo. It won't go platinum, probably not even Gold but it'll debut #1 on the indie charts and do at least 30K first week imo.

Success isn't about skill or keeping it real. It's about how much money you make and how many people know your name. It's about the impact that you make on the times. It's about how many people you reach with your music and how you are remembered when your gone.
I'm not saying slaughterhouse won't be successful. They are all individually successful already. But the group will never be "big", they will never make a big impact on music, and 50 years from now its questionable that people will say Slaughterhouse? Oh yea i remember them. And i guarantee even in your life, you will remember a lot of people you DON'T wanna remember before the ones you want to remember. Even if they suck, or you hate them, they somehow made an impact on you and your life so you will remember them.
So once again, 50 years from now...people will be remembering names like souljah boy jay-z and lil wayne before they remember slaughterhouse.
-
^lol not soulja boy his time is already over, 2nd album flopped.
lil wayne remains to be seen.
Jay-Z, yes.
-
I'm just telling it like it is, you know who souljah boy is don't you huh? Do you like him? I doubt it.
Also, i bet you could name at least 1 of his songs

will i be able to in 50 years? no
-
I think NWA would have been a better example.
-
Yea ok maybe 50 years was an exaggeration because you'd be about 70 (i hope) and already be developing alzheimers and shitting yourself.
I think NWA would have been a better example.
true. if no one noticed i dont exactly put a lot of thought into my posts. NWA will be remembered by a lot of people. And not remembered for having "good" music". They will be mostly remembered for their gimmick which was "gangster rap". Its good marketing people. The human brain works in weird ways. I know even NOW in some peoples lives you remember shit and think to yourself "why the hell do i remember that"
