20 millions + 1 player for melo is too much,c'mon.

Yeah we probably overpaid him, but he's better than Tiago and Poulsen, so who cares? With Sissoko and Melo our midfield we'll be ready for war. :)

@ K.Dub
Yeah, we signed him.

Let's say we have other midfielders who can pass the ball. We have Camoranesi, Diego, Giovinco, Melo, Zanetti, Tiago.. Plus Del Piero. Our midfield is ok.

He doesn't have to. All he has to do is break ankles.

All he did at liverpool was give the ball away and commit fouls.

thats like saying all ronaldo did was fall over and argue with referees

sissoko was brilliant in the tackle and had a phenomonal engine, was still quite young during his time in the prem so there was still plenty of time for him to improve the technical side of his game...dunno how hes got on at juve and i will say we traded up when we got javier

but i dont think being replaced in a top 4 club after 2 seasons for a world class holding midfielder constitutes being a "premiership cast off"

Sissoko had an otstandig season and a half in Turin. He was def in the top-11 of the Serie A. :)

Thank you guys, he was exactly the guy we were searching for. Ask Real Madrid. He destroyed them last season.

exactly, you put sissoko in a midfield packed with good passers and flair players and you dont notice his defiencies...you just noticed how the opposing player with the ball shits himself when momo's in a 2 mile radius ;D

glad to hear hes gettin on well anyway

LOL we were 2nd last year. And we improved by acquiring Melo and Diego (plus Cannavaro). And we changed that damn manager. Yes, imho we are good enought.

1) Inter (if they don't sell Ibrahimovic and/or Maicon)
2) Juventus (but it's closer)
3) ....
4) ....
5) ....
..) AC Milan (a joke)

IMHO, no one will be able to touch inter for a couple of years...

I don't know, man. Do you remember Capello's Juventus? Buffon, Zebina, Cannavaro, Thuram, Zambrotta, Camoranesi, Emerson, Vieira, Nedved, Ibrahimovic (Mutu), Trezeguet (Del Piero). It was so good it was embarassing. 76 games being first in the League. But still they had to win in Milan both the two years to win the Scudetto. They had a match point only with 2-3 games left, cause you know.. everything can happen in football. And even Inter, they were almost loosing the Scudetto 2 years ago (against litterally nobody, alias Palermo, Roma, etc..). I think this year it will be finally close again. I truly believe that. And i'm sure Elano will confirm that. Mourinho himself is bitching about his team, saying it ain't "the team of his dreams" (litterally), and i think he's pretty scared by Juventus. They're still the best team in Italy, but hey.. we're back, that's what i'm saying.

no it shows how unitelligent u are to label a player that started 80% of 1st team games when available a "reserve player"
Title: Re: Juventus is back!

What's the point? Barcelona just acquired Maxwell from Inter. He was a reserve. So? Should I say Serie A > Barcelona ?
C'mon, be serious. Serie A is just making a huge step back and is starting to pay the debts.
Liverpool shoud do the same.

yes Sissoko played 80% of games when at Pool, but by the time he left he was 4th choice behind Gerrard, Alonso n MAsherano

as for MAxwell he's gonne be back up for Abidal, hardly a key first team player..

Still you have no points.

Momo is a good player, and he fits very well in Italy and in Juventus in particular.

God, you guys acquired Dossena, LMAO. C'mon..

From a UEFA team in Italy to Liverpool.

Naw, i have no problems with Liverpool fans or with the team. I was just showing him how moron can you look by saying those ignorant things. And how things can change if you see them from another prospective.

He's not a transfer target for Juventus, lol. It's him who wants to leave Liverpool and who dreams about Juventus, cause Molinaro, our starting left back, had serious health problems (they were talking about a little cancer), and everybody in Italy knews we were possibly searching a left back. So you know, being Juventus the team in Italy with more money at the moment, everybody started to think Juventus manager was trying to sign Dossena. But nobody talked to Benitez to request him, lol. You know it.

The only other target we have at the moment is Caceres from Barcellona, to be the backup guy for Cannavaro and Chiellini. And that's it.

Anyway... you didn't even have to explain me Dossena is not starting material etc.. i was just saying that cause he was an Italy reject, acquired to start in Liverpool (cause you don't spend 8 millions for a bench player, lol), and who failed.

Buffon, Zebina, Cannavaro, Thuram, Zambrotta, Camoranesi, Emerson, Vieira, Nedved, Ibrahimovic (Del Piero), Trezeguet (A.Mutu). Manager: Capello.

Nobody could fuck with that team on the paper.
