you may have an all star streak going but the NL and AL are tied (4-4) over the last eight years, where it really counts, the World Series.

lets look at the last 13 years since the AL streak in the all-star games started:
96, 98, 99, 00, 02, 04, 05, 07 = al
97, 01, 03, 06, 08 = nl

Unless it's your team winning the World Series, who gives a fuck what league they play in. Shit, I'm glad an AL team was able to beat the Giants in the World Series.

i generally root for the AL to dominate for the regular season, but come post-season, if the Yanks aren't involved, i am always rooting for the NL team.
unless the Mariners make it, i'd root my ass off for Ich! 8)

the AL also has that cheating ass shit called the DH...
cause we all know those poor millionaire pitchers shouldnt be hitting out there and running bases because they can get a Boo Boo. ;)

1. when an NL team plays at an AL stadium during interleague play, the NL team gets a DH; they still don't win.
2. when a AL team plays at an NL team's stadium, we have to use a pitcher, we still win.
3. the AL slaughtered the NL for the past few years in interleague play; so how does that add up?
