It's hard but I'm swaying more towards The Infamous based on "Shook Ones", "Survival Of The Fittest" and "Give Up The Goods", those are the best songs on Infamous and they are better than the best songs on Capital Punishment IMO. Close but I gotta go with The Infamous even though it's the cliche answer.
