The Los Angeles Clippers have reached an agreement in principle to trade guard Quentin Richardson(notes) to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Sebastian Telfair(notes), Mark Madsen(notes) and Craig Smith(notes), leagues sources said Monday.

The trade is expected to be finalized later Monday. The Clippers had previously been in negotiations with free agent guards Ramon Sessions(notes) and Allen Iverson(notes).

honestly, I wanted to see Q-Rich back with the Clippers, to see if maybe he can recapture the success he had here last time around....but this was a good trade for the Clips, cuz they got 2 nice reserves in exchange for 1.....and Mark Madsen!...PeACe
