Crooked I presents the second installment of "8-11."
It was only yesterday on Raptalk.Net when we presented a new Crooked I free style titled "8-11" which represents August 11th, the day his super group Slaughterhouse releases their debut album on E1 Entertainment.In case you missed "8-11", download that here:

Today, just one day later after that all went down, Crooked I is back with "8-11 Pt.2." Instead of free styling over a used beat like he did on part one, Crooked picked out an original beat produced by local producer Qwest. This track is more mellow than the first but still of course features vicious lyrics from Crooked I.

first of all the beat is not original. The original song is called House of Rising Sun by the Animals from 1964. Get facts straight before saying this is a original beat by Qwest.

I meant ORIGINAL in the sense that it's not 50 Cent "Straight To The Bank" like Crooked did in Hip Hop Weekly. I meant original as in, Qwest grabbed the sample, flipped it and made an original beat for Crooked to spit over.
I KNOW it's House of Rising Sun, I'm not stupid.

Dope track, Crooked still proving his worth as an emcee.
This is it for Crooked I. The Slaughterhouse album can really be a make or break for his career. I think it's gonna be a make.

Couldn't have said it better....BEST track that I have heard all year (sick ass beat and kick ass flow = ON POINT)
It has been like a year since I have bought a retail cd, Im am actually WAITING to go buy slaughterhouse n his new EP after hearing this track
