how about cycling to school in NORMAL clothes?

on schooldays I ride 10 miles total on my bike.

I run 3 miles 5 times a week.  I hit the only once a twice a week right now b/c I work full time and go to school at night.

I just started around April but stopped about a month ago because of personal shit preventing me. Friday was my first time in about 6 weeks that I worked out.

I try to go at least 3 times a weeks

I currently go 5-6 days a week. I alternate back/bis, chest/tris, shoulders/abs, every other day. My non-lifting days are about 45 mins to 1 hour of cardio.
