Ja Rules got a few dope tracks, he just got shitted on by Fif, and DMX so bad everyone wrote him off. Check out this track from his first album http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g4X-FoLPDA, vintage new york sounding. He can come dope sometimes, I don't own any of his albums, but I always check out his shit to see if hes on that street tip.
