It sounded like a potential classic !

Just 'cause it was meant for Dre doesn't mean it was made by his ass !!!!!!!!!

You would be correct.

All of thse Dr. Dre "reference tracks" are just tracks people are doing in hopes of getting Dre's attention. The only one that was actually produced by Dre was the T.I. joint that ended up on the Dr. Pepper commercial.

What about "Topless"?
I don't really like OG's Theme

Pretty sure Topless & the other 2 T.I. leaks were just lyrical reference tracks produced by Khalil (not sure about all three) and maybe some co-production from Dre, all of which were made with The Aftermath crew after he was invited to their studios by Dre. Shit Popped Off was def produced by Dre though and no doubt had at least somthing to do with Detox. Can't say the same thing for the others, in terms of the beats. As for all this other "Detox Reference Track" garbage...the other guy 2 posts above me got it right...just rappers writing shit to "west coast sounding beats" and sending it to Dre in hopes of him liking it.

I liked the TI tracks I heard. Especially Topless but the rest all sounded like lame variations of a cliche Dr.Dre.
