Title: Snoop Dogg - Da Game Is To Be Sold, Not To Be Told...........
Post by: rhythmalism on August 12, 2009, 03:11:56 PM: So i borrowed my brothers old Snoop - "Da Game Is To Be Sold, Not To Be Told" album last week. Ive been bumpin it in the ride pretty much everyday.
I had'nt heard the album in years and i remembered it being wack. but suprisingly half of it is pretty bangin. It starts off good and ends good but the middle
are all shitty filler tracks. What ya'll think of the album?

The rest is just No Limit trash, and it was in that damn No Limit video game case shit was awful. I'm not just hating on snoop, cause Tha Last Meal is one of my favorite Snoop albums which showed he could bounce back, but Da Game is To Be Sold, Not To Be Told Over Wack Ass No Limit Beats sucks.

i bumped the shit out of this album when it came out for one reason and one reason only...it sounded great in the ride.

i also thought R and G was a dope album everyone told me i was full of shit then two years later niggas are saying it was slept on.

sometimes i wonder whats really holding the west back the rappers or our regressive backwards ass fans.

it should be a rule before you niggas critique albums that you have to listen to it all the way through at least once somewhere BESIDES your moms computers.

Last song on the album is very dope...snoop flow is vicious. But other than still a g thang I haven't heard a song off this album in years

Hip-Hop standards have changed and gone so low that 10 years ago this album was wack cuz people didnt like the
direction Snoop was going but now, the shit is bangin'. better than alot of rap music out now. This is a dope album to ride and smoke too.

though with rap being music for lame-os nowadays even this album might sound tight!
