Onxard, Ca, rapper Down aka Kilo is going to be releasing his new album „Cholo Skate“ on September 1st, 2009. A few weeks ago, the single “Put Your Locs On” featuring Jah Free was released, to which we have the video for you today. But first, here is a new leak off the record called “Certified Boss”, on which Down teams up with West Coast legend DJ Quik as well as Konvict Muzik artist Detail.

For his new album “Cholo Skate,” Down once again enlists an all-star cast of guests: Snoop Dogg, Too Short, DJ Quik, Bo-Roc, and even the late great 2Pac. The album also boasts production from super producer Fingazz, known for his futuristic sound mixed in with old school funk. Additional production was provided by Konvict Muzik signee Detail.

this needs a remix ya boy or mr criminal would fit it nicely. keep the 3rd verse down you had energy coming into that 1..

tha beat and the hook is crack .. detail sounded like akon.. now we know who's behind the effects truly =]
