I'm gonna have to run it thru x-noise but Im pretty sure i can restore this and make it hot.

It's a pro tools plug in that allows you remove hissing, clicks, crackling etc from recordings using pretty sophisticated eq. It works great and is used in forensic audio as well as restoring really old music.
