Ok, hes workin on a Documentary of the Oakland Raiders for ESPN,
And its gonna focus on when the Raiders were in LA.
I think the title of it will be "Straight Outta LA" Or some shit like that. :)
-
Source? Also: I'm guess it would be The Raiders Influence on gang culture in L.A. or not lol maybe he will narrate it lmao imagine those old sports montages with the epic music and Ice Cube narrating lol
-
yea the colisium used to be off the hook back in the day, i remember as a youngin going to games and it seems like they had three times as many fights in the stands as they did on the field and somebody was always going to jail, they even stopped serving beer if im not mistaking, lmao blame it on the alchohol 8)

I read this a while ago on rapindustry.com
ICE CUBE TO DIRECT ESPN DOCUMENTARY.
Ice Cube will be one of many celebrities who will be directing documentaries for ESPN's newest series titled 30 for 30. The series which celebrates ESPN's 30th anniversary will be 30 one hour documentaries profiling a sports story directed by 30 different filmmakers. Straight Outta L.A. (Director: Ice Cube) In 1982, Raiders owner Al Davis beat the NFL in court and moved his team from Oakland to Los Angeles. With a squad as colorful as its owner, the Raiders captivated large numbers of black and Hispanic fans in L.A. at a time when gang warfare, immigration and the real estate boom were rapidly changing the city. The L.A. Raiders morphed into a worldwide brand as the team's colors, swagger and anti-establishment ethos became linked with "Gangsta Rap" and the hip-hop scene that was permeating South Central Los Angeles. Rapper-turned-filmmaker Ice Cube was not only witness to this evolution; he was also a part of it. As a member of the notorious rap group N.W.A, Ice Cube helped make the silver and black culturally significant to a new generation and demographic. Still a die-hard Raiders fan, Cube will explore the unlikely marriage between the NFL's rebel franchise and America's glamour city, and show how pro football's outlaw team became the toast of La La Land. 30 for 30 will begin airing on October 6 on ESPN.

Yeah!!!!!! He also said that he recorded a new song for the Raiders called "Raider Nation" Nima, you gotta get your hands on that track.
I remember Snoop showed up at a Raiders practice saying he was a huge Raider fan, a week later he was saying how much of a Steelers fan he was, fucken douche. Cube's a real Raider fan, just like Warren G.

Well Raiders moved to L.A. after the owner won a in court against the NFL (who wanted them to stay in oakland) they moved in and that's when everyone was popin off about em. People called it the Outlaw teams cause the move was against the what the NFL wanted. That's all I remember (little high, so if the info looks suspect I might be 2 high 2 give a proper report). lol Honestly that's why in all the old N.W.A albums in the late 80s/early 90s you see L.A. Raiders lol

not a fan of these rock style tracks from cube...they sound way too forced.
cube used to have venom in his voice without having to yell. now he just screaming over the track rhymin baby over and over...no imagination in that....
-
Cube still repeating his words like a retarded parrot on the overplayed choruses, this is a very bad habit he's picked up lately >:(
