Yeah its a George Benson song from the album with the same name entirely produced by Quincy Jones! This is my favorite album of all time all kind confused  8)
And George still active, he just released his new album "Songs & Stories" on August 25th and its a macnificent record! GO PICK IT UP people and support real music  :P
