The Factory on Hollywood And normandie, right across from the Hollywood Inn. Right next to it is a Thai Message Parlour., and it's in the Little Armemia / Thai Town border.

Nothing over $50 an 1/8th, including dopeass Headband/ LA CON / AK 47 strains, good deals on zones, and quarters too.

Check em out, it's actually the only spot i fucks with  8) 8)
