Raptalk.Net would like to announce the beginning of a new Knoc-turn'al series tonight. For over a year now, Raptalk.Net has been your #1 source for everything Knoc-turn'al among other hip-hop and west coast greats such as The DOC.
a few months ago, we ended a Knoc-turn'al series called "Answers from the Book of Knoc" and now we're picking up right where we left off with a brand new exclusive weekly series with Knoc-turn'al.
This time around, we're calling it "The Knoc Files" and will be going through one track a week that is hand picked by Knoc-turn'al himself. Right now, we are selecting songs that are a bit older and either went under appreciated due to never being released on a retail project, or was supposed to go unreleased until the good ol' fashion bootleggers got a hold of it :)
To go along with making the song available for free download, Knoc-turn'al will personally be providing exclusive memories and commentary to go along with the track, talking about the feature, the producer or just any good story that comes to his mind as we discuss the track!
Remember the songs are hand picked by Knoc-turn'al himself, so enjoy!
The first song of the series hand picked by Knoc-turn'al himself is titled "Everywhere I Go" and features Chyna Girl with production coming from BattleCat. The song was originally recorded for Knoc-turn'al and what ended up being his unreleased debut album, "Knoc's Landin." Download "Everywhere I Go" below:

"Hello world, It’s Knoc-turn’al tuning in live. I wanna’ tell you about a lot of the things I’ve done in life. We’re gonna’ do a Knoc X-Files and call it “The Knoc Files” weekly on Raptalk. This is gonna’ be on some fun series type stuff, because it’s either the unreleased or unappreciated files. Things that you should have heard that never got to the public or the world, or the things that shouldn’t have been heard that y’all somehow got a hold of (laughs). We’re gonna’ come out with “The Book of Knoc” and we got some big announcements coming soon and y’all know we can’t wait for you to hear about that.
We’re gonna’ get into the first thing and it’s a song about somewhere, if you wanna’ go somewhere. This record was called “Everywhere I Go” and Chyna Girl was on there. Back when I was knowing her, she was always doing stuff she shouldn’t have and I’m not gonna’ lie to you, but she always did her fuckin’ job. This one time in the studio, everybody was hungry and she sent the runner to go get her some perfume from the Fox Hills mall and everybody was mad because it was traffic time in L.A. of course. But it’s ok and BattleCat did this beat. You gotta’ love BattleCat and he’s still apart of the Snoop foundation as we speak. One thing for sure is we need y’all to get into these songs and understand one thing, it’s Knoc-turn’al forever – it ain’t Batman."
Check back next week for more Knoc-turn'al commentary and more under appreciated/unreleased songs.

a lot of the stuff will be extremely rare, many which u may only have if your a pretty damn hardcore knoc fan..
we're trying to set up a way to get out unreleased tracks, don't worry.
-
Cool.
"providedby www.supermp3s.net"
I hope there will be unreleased music in these series because his label isn't doing shit.
-
Dope track. +1

Good idea for a series. Hopefully he blesses us with "East/West Shyt" somewhere along the line! Keep it up Knoc and Luna, props
-
128kbps?
you should have him rip it off cd into better quality
-
I can remaster this track if somebody wants 8)
-
For any quality issues, right now me and Knoc are picking tracks that I personally already have on my PC.
-
dope trak, produced by battle cat as well, tight trak.
cheers luna,so this was leaked before then?
-
Where is Knoc's Ville? :( :'(
-
K4L: Yes sir, produced by BattleCat. It was leaked before, but not intentionally. You'd have to be a pretty big Knoc fan like myself to own this one before this series ;)
Effex: Me and Knoc hope to have some major announcements soon. Didn't you read the first paragraph? :P
-
thanks for the hookup, good idea knoc whats the point of trying to drop his new stuff when his label ain't doing anything build a buzz with the old and hit them with the new
-
Knoc already wanted to make an announcement but I told him too soon! Call me the party pooper :P

I always found Knoc-Turn'al to be an interesting case on Teacherous Records.
We always at least HEAR a lot about Crooked I, One-2, K-Young, etc, but Knoc seems to be a little separate. Maybe I'm totally wrong, that's just how I see it.
Strange too, because Knoc had a heavy buzz at one point and ventured into the mainstream.

Knoc moves to his own step, that's why. But "The Book of Knoc" album and "Knoc's Ville" are both ready and turned into Treacherous.

And Knoc loves Treacherous and Treacherous loves him. "Fans say Knoc we dont know you no more, went from L.A.C. to a Treacherous logo" from his Knoc's Ville track with One-2.

You should announce the track that your going to release for next week as an incentive for fans.

Me and Knoc will pick that soon. Maybe will do "East West Shyt" and get Knoc to speak on the leaked version since people don't even know who produced it.

But if they're coming off your computer then we'll only get the 128kbps copy thats already out there wont we? Still it'll be interesting to get an insight into that track

The idea of the series is great, but i'd like to hear some tracks that haven't leaked, like the full version of "Rock The Party" :D ;D
