Title: Why do so many NBA-related people feel sad for the refs? They fucking SUCK!

Seriously, the refs fucking suck. It's evident. Why do people bitch about a potential lockout? This could be the best thing that happened to the NBA for a while.

refs are calling games the way they are asked to ...as long as Stern and them dont change their view on how a NBA game should be called , we will still get the garbage calls ... it might even be worse with the replacements

Because this happened before and the replacement refs were worse.

How hard is it to have decent refs in a first world country? Seriously? I don't get it. Why not educate younger, talented niggas to ref in the NBA? Why keep them elderly fucks who obviously fix at least a playoff game or two during a season? Like the Heat-Mavs Finals in 2006, Salvatore was obviously fixing that shit. Everbody knows it. Yet he is still refing important games like nothing ever happened. How is this even possible in a first world country that thrives on its (sports) entertainment culture?

if games really are fixed then the top heads are in on it too
