I'm getting a new pod. however in the EU they come with a sound cap, what i need is an American website which i can buy one from that will export it.

if its like the iphone,you can't buy an ipod if you don't live in the u.s.

How bout you just remove the soundcap using gopod or something?

What's people's problem with the soundcap anyway...if the background noize is bothering you just buy in ear headphones...
