Big Boi BLACKED THE FUCK OUT on his verse. That piano loop during his verse= classic touch. And that excerpt from the Source Awards was dope too.

Yeah that beat is crazy. Outkast always got mad props from me, one of the first artists from the South that got multi platinum sales and worldwide love and respect from everyone. They had to fight for it though and they came a loooooooong way, but I always respected them as a group. Alot of other groups would have changed they style and sold out to get more attention but they stuck with what they do and made it.

From my favorite Outkast album. I think I loved every track off Aquemini.

Even Mamacita  :o  :P

Sorry that track just sounds crap compared to the brilliance of everything else on that album. Always the track I skip. Thats why Aqueminis probably in my top 5 but can't beat albums like 36 Chambers or Doggystyle where there aren't any skippables.

Oh the rest of the album is classic as well. This track for whatever reason is the one that always gets burn from me.

I dunno something about Mamacita is just a bit boring. It sits between the Art of Storytellin Pt 2 (amazing beat and some sick lines) and SpottieOttieDopalisicious which has the smoothest vibe ever and brilliant appearance of Pat Brown.

I forced myself to listen to that track just to listen to the full album. But I agree as well Mamacita is the worst shit ever.

Its a 3/5 track that sounds like a 1/5 track when placed next to 5/5 tracks

"Mamacita" was straight IMO, don't have a problem with it, but yeah it's not one of the best songs from that album

Yeah both him and Andre are slept on to me. Well most when mentioning the group are quick to say how cold Andre is on the mic, but rarely mention Big Boi. He can rap is ass off.

ATLiens is their best album IMO

classic album as well... "Two Dope Boyz In A Cadillac", "ATLiens", "Wheelz Of Steel", "Jazzy Belle", "Elevators"... so many others

OutKast's first 3 albums are almost un-fuck-with-able  8)
