Snoop Dogg's and Lil Half Dead's "Fine Bitch" is from Tray Deee's "The General's List" compilation and i think you are talkin about "Life Goes On" from "Snoop Dogg Presents Tha Eastsidaz" album, it's a Snoop Dogg solo though with Kokane singin' the hook. They are "Dogg House Era" tracks.
