Its the song "Wasnt Yo Fault" and Ginuwine aint ont the track...Great songg!!! but hiz "Issues" flow iz kinda annoying

Apparently, the person singin the hook is none other than Uncle Charlie WIlson from the Gap Band. I knew it couldn't have been Ginuwine

It's on the bootlegs and will be on snoop's new album.
Its not the best charlie wilson's performance to me (cuz he sounds like genuwine).

I heard that was Avant on that song.  (dude who did a couple of tracks with Bone.)

Id be hella surprised if that was Charlie Wilson.  Id be able to pick his voice out anywhere and (Im 90 percent positive) that aint him.
