Short interview, but the interviewer asked good questions. I think his questions reflected a lot of the things people have been saying on this board, regarding Slaughterhouse potentially signing with Shady Records.

Not some wack shit like The One but something akin to juicy or hypnotize (Biggie) or In Da Club which is what I'd like to see the song direction go towards. That poppy but grimey single

He didn't have the patience to sit there while his buzz was on and he is in his prime. If Slaughterhouse does sign to a label it's likely they'll be very very specific negotiations concerning the release of a record and the contract would most likely only cover 1 or 2 albums.

Mainstream doesn't neccesarily equal watered down. Obviously, the two have been most interchangable for awhile now but that's not always the case to me.

There are many exciting things going on in hip hop. What they SHOULD be doing is releasing albums instead of waiting to get a deal (at least in Joell and Crooked's case). You look at west coast underground rappers like Aceyalone, Micah 9, MURS and these rappers put out dope releases every year and have accomplished far more.
