I just heard it, its pretty good. Jay Z isn't that great over the production, but he rarely is. On the up side Dre's verse, most likely written by Em, was very well constructed, and Rakim is always on point. The beat is different from the first one but its still good, there is an annoying sound that comes in during the first verse, but it gets better when others rap on it, Jay uses it wrong ( I don't like Jay Z), other wise good solid song.
