Day 2- Back, shoulders- 30 mins cardio
Day 3- Off
Day 4- Bis, neck- 40 mins cardio
Day 5- Side and back Delts, Abs, Calves- 40 mins cardio
Day 6- Quads, Hamstrings- 40 mins cardio

only workout I have is taking the bike instead of public transport or letting my dad bring me somewhere

Easy...eat lowfat food, run a few miles and do a few hun pushups n situps and throw in some pullups n ul be swoll. Fancy shit is overated.

no that's eat all day and roll in a wheelchair instead of walk.
