Title: Good Baksetball Shoes

that help prevent rolling of the ankle. i always play in my old school flights, but shit fucks my ankle up. i just rolled it again for the 4th time this year so im done with those kicks.


any suggestions?

The VI's are the best to play in. They light, so it ain't like you runnin' wit some big heavy ass sneakers and they high enuff to protect your ankles. Plus they madd comfortable, no blisters. Oh and of course, gorgeous lookin' muthafuckas. Lol.

Ive hurt my ankles so many times growin up from Basketball.  Shit, I used to play for hours a day.  But yeah, Like Sik said...if its really fuckin swollen...then maybe so. But if u can move it around ok then its probably just a sprain.  All theyll do at the doctor, if its a severe sprain is give u some bullshit aircast or somethin lol  Keep some ice on it..
