BISHOP LAMONT MAKES “FANTASY FACTORY” APPEARANCE ON MTV; ANNOUNCES RETURN OF BOBBY LIGHT
Bishop Lamont makes his television debut on the hit MTV reality show “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory” tomorrow, Oct. 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
The highly anticipated episode — filmed in part at a live Blink-182 gig at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas — marks Rob’s triumphant return to the stage as Emcee Bobby Light. The new single “Dirty Girl Pt. 2,” was produced by DJ Drama and features Bishop Lamont. The single and ringtone will be available for download on iTunes and all digital outlets soon.

bishop getting some decent mainstream exposure? hope the song is good too.

Here is the song: http://www.zshare.net/audio/6664210346cd087e/
dunno, not really feelin it...
-
Pretty sure it's produced by Drama Beats and not DJ Drama for those of you who keep production credits.
I like the song although Dyrdek was much better on the first Dirty Girl. I don't see this gaining much buzz although a lot of teens watch Fantasy Factory so who knows..
-
Fantasy Factory = a huge commercial. All that show is random shit and product placement.

Bishop sounds dope as ever. He definitely been working on the vocals. Track ain't bad but it ain't the bomb. I think Bishop making moves is a proper thing. He can't wait for Interscope to invest in him because they're not going to until people want more of him. So props to the kid. He's also start dabling in the movie business which is proper. Whatever he has to do to get the Reformation released is cool in my book.

let's see: Dre isn't pushing this guy anymore & Bishop's relationship with interscope got really bad after leaking Grow Up.
i think you need to wait until his contract expires

Not really feelin' the song that much... but Bishop spittin' heat as usual.
-
i dont mind the track but its nothing special. i think the change in vocals is a positive thing because when i show people who never heard of him, they say "is that 50 cent?" LOL

Yeah... I wish more people heard him on songs like "It's Bishop", "Goatit" or "Translator" and they'd know that 50 could never spit like that, you know?

Dre was never really publically pushing him though was he? So not much has changed in my opinion, Bishop's just been talking less about detox so I wouldn't read too much into it until we hear something official. Bishop sounding all good on this track, overall to me the track is wack though, not the sound I'm into...

Lol Bobby Light is hilarious.
Lol he makes some real rappers look rubbish
-
i saw this Bishop killed it in the booth, ryu was sucky, and Rob killed it and acted a fool lol

wel he went on the radio & expressed his desire to sign him + he was featured in the youtube video+ the caltroit talking.
it's nothing major, but it's definitely something.
now it just seems like Dre is more behind Slim the mobster & Bishop got pushed to the side.

not much, apart from mentioning that he's working with him.
still, there's a reason why aftermath is acting so vague about bishop lamont's situation
