true, the jets special teams won this half for them and the dolphins lost it for themsselves. Woulda been a few three and outs if it wasnt for 4th down tricks and defensive penalties.
Entertainin first half tho, given the teams playing

I wasn't a fan of the wildcat until tonight. I thought NFL defense would have it figured out this year; the Jets, top 3 D in the league thus far didn't have it figured it out tonight!

Henny came up big when they needed him on that final drive. May not be the best player but was impressed at what he did on that last drive, made a few nice 3rd down throws they needed for the win.

How did I become a part of this discussion? Henne did a great job for what it was. No one is debating whether he is the best ever though. That's why I shit on Brady. If people just stopped all that bullshit best ever talk I'd leave the guy alone. He's not as good as Manning, plain and simple, and in 07 he wasn't as good as Manning was in 04 (or 05, or 06 for that matter), plain and simple. He had a piss easy schedule, the best o-line in a single year ever, and Randy Moss making plays on half of his TDs. He also could never throw a bomb like Henne threw tonight. Most of his bombs in 07 were jump balls to 6'6'' Randy. I don't hate Brady. I just realize that he's at best at best a very good QB in a very great situation the past 7 years. But never should he ever be mentioned in the best ever conversation any more than Aikman, Bradshaw, or Starr get mentioned, which they don't.

Only team I'm ruling out from the East is Buffalo. I think both Wildcards are going to go to the North. So the AFC Playoff picture to me looks like Colts, Bengals, Ravens, Steelers, Broncos, and either the Jets, Pats, or Fins. Colts in the 1 seed with either Denver or the North winner in the 2. Indy's schedule looks way too easy for them to do any worse than 13-3.

That's why Indy is doing good. Peyton is playing as he always plays. His numbers aren't that much better right now than they were last year this, coming off of surgery. 12 TDs so far. 9 TDs through 5 games last year. More INTs last year though.
Every good team has an easy schedule this year. This is a year with a lot of very bad teams, and only a handful of very good teams. Indy's luck comes in the fact that the tough teams late in the season will be played in warm weather or in at home, and that's why they could go 14-2 or better.

Let's say they make the playoffs. They can beat the Colts with it, because Manning doing what he did twice isn't likely. I can't see them doing it to the new Denver D, but maybe. They can probably beat Cinci with it. But good luck beating Baltimore or Pitt in January with a gimmick offense.
