Mack 10, G. Malone, Ya Boy..former artists were Westside Connection, CJ Mac, MC Eiht, Binky, Red Cafe, Allfrumtha I, Techniec, etc.
-
Good signing for Mack 10. Hopefully Ya Boy will go back a lil to that BWS style on his songs.

Ya Boy had one of the biggest singles of 09?
-
Congrats to Ya Boy!! Hope he gets to put out a project. And yea I don't care for alot of Cash Money features either but the songs that Ya Boy has used Weezy on were pretty dope so hopefully he gets to keep creative control over his project.
Now someone needs to pick up Nipsey cause dude is hot right now!!

We Run LA

good luck to him.
anf this will be the outcome of any artist who sign's to game's BWS. they just use that situation as a stepping stone

Haha damn I've been sleeping on him, I was really into his shit on BWS and his early PMG days but that Rockstar shit made me want to go far far away.
-
Yeah I stopped fuckin with Ya Boy once he turned into the "rockstar" too.
This could be dope. If anybody can release a dope ass West Coast album its Mack 10. What if Mack 10 and Game co-executive produced this? Oooh.
-
unexpected... that's what's up though 8)
-
Career ender. G Malone was meant to drop his album before Mack 10 but Mack 10 put his out first, and FLOPPED. All Hoo Bangin has done for Malone is kill the little buzz he had.
-
i dont even remember the last track i heard from ya boy... i never really felt him.

the blame is on cash money here. i don't think mack 10's the worst man you can deal with being an artist.
-
well Ya Boy turned from dope ass rapper to wannabe lil wayne so its obvious he'd try get as close to the rockstars as possibe
-
Wow, Hoo Bangin' is building a great roster!

west side connection>priority records
mc eith>priority records
cj mag>priority records
and all the other has never release a record.
so mack 10 was and still the only one on hoo bangin
-
DAMN this came out off nowhere, wasnt expecting this...Could be a good look, as long as Mack dime puts out his cd and keeps the Cash Money features to a minium. Buts its about time somone sign Ya Boy dude has some serious mixtapes, Chapter 1 the Rise, The Fix,Optimus Rime, bay area bully, Im bout to murda this shit, and his bay area official cd Rookie of the Year, were all amasing mixtapes! His last one was pretty garbage, hope he stops with that Rockstar theme and goes back to that gutter ya boy shit....Hope to see some serious heat come out of this signing 8)

Hoo Bangin had alot of releases. I would say only maybe 2nd to Dogghouse/Doggystyle they were the most active label on the west post DR.

I am not gonna sit up here and argue with you. I am staring dead at a MC Eiht, Section 8 album with the Mack 10 figure on it and it says Hoo Bangin/Priority. If that is the case then Death Row had a lot of releases MY ASS.

17 albums in the last 12 years, not extremely impressive...but I don't think there's many other west coast rap-labels who has done that.

that's not really an accomplishment

I remember in a song he said that he refused to sign a deal with 50 worth millions.
But he signs a deal with a label that isnt going to do any better?
Seems odd.
"ask 50 if im hot, i could have gotten half of that vitamin water stock"
Unless he means something else, that line sounds to me like 50 wanted to sign him.
-
Damn hoo-bangin/priority :-\ thats better than nothin, but he will move about what mack did with soft white

I think that was just a rap line, I don't think he actually meant that.
